Gabby, the property manager has done an very outstanding job! She has been so helpful very attentive, proactive to get things done and very informative and highly professional, she has made my move in experience the best I've ever experienced in years. She has the property running immaculate and this building is a very nice and very pleasant place to live in such a very nice community. There is not enough positive feedback, I could possibly say about this property manager and her staff other than I'm very grateful to live here. I just want to thank Gabby and her staff for everything.

Gabby was incredibly helpful in walking me through the rental process from touring to signing a lease to becoming a tenant. She was diligent and great with follow up. The location is incredible, the balcony is such a treat, and the parking availability is awesome. I’m very happy- also Anthony from the maintenance team has been incredibly helpful. Thank you !!

FIVE STAR manager - FIVE STAR property - FIVE STAR service! Apartment-hunting in LA is like a reality show competition. Studio Arnaz is totally different and Gabby, the property manager is the key! She could teach a Masterclass on leasing and management. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and treats everyone like a VIP. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine and so helpful. Oh, and the property and apartments are magnificent. Recommendation… YES!!
